I notice that the copy you have here says The Wargamer's Newsletter Handbook at the top.
The copies I have of this series (4 eras) do not have this branding at the top so may be even older (since I can see why you'd add a brand but not remove it)... but who knows! There's no copyright date/printing info or any clue.
