OD&D supplement prints

I was just sorting through a couple of my supplements and notice that I have 2 different copies of the 8th print (labeled 7th print Nov 1979) of Gods, Demi-Gods & Heroes.

The immediate different seems to be that on the last line of the catalog page, the "Complete Catalog" in one has no price and the other has a price of $2.00.

I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed variations within a particular printing?

Yep, in my product list compiling.

GDH 7th is amongst these other items with regards to having the same product list:

BLK 7th (11/78 (?12/78)) wizard logo
GDH 6th (11/78 (?12/78))
ELD 7th (11/78 (?12/78)) wizard logo
Tractics 4th (11/78-4/79?) wizard logo (white box)
GDH 7th (4/79)
ELD 8th (4/79 )
GH 11th (4/79 )
CM 7th (4/79)

While the '8th' matches these:
S&S 5th (3/79)
BLK 9th (11/79)
ELD 9th (11/79)
GDH "8th" (11/79)
S&S 6th (11/79)

I am actually wondering how many different prints there are within one particular "Acaeum defined print".

My 2 GDH's would both be considered 8th prints according to the Acaeum list but they have slightly different catalog pages.

Ah..then the other GDH without the $2.00 would match these:
GH 12th (11/79)
CM 8th (11/79)

Would probably have to check out those catalogs around then to see when it was no longer $2 if possible (I only have the Gateway one I think it is of 1980).

It has been a while since I looked at these.

I have both the prints you describe also. I would guess the one with no price would be a later print. Based only on the fact that the April 79 7th print has prices for all the items. The "8th" Nov 79 print would have the $2 still there and the "9th" Nov 79 print would have no prices.

Of course now I am curious about all the other supplement prints also. Off hand I dont know of any others.
