I was just wondering if anyone knew more to the story about WAW Publications and how TSR picked up Bio One?

I was looking at Noble Knight and spotted this game:

Galactic Conquest

Its from WAW Publications in 1974 which puts it in the right era to be the same company as mentioned in Bio One. So it seems they could have been a gaming company that then went out of business and sold their book Bio One to TSR?

I hope whoever picked up this game from NK posts it here and lets me know if there are any clues to the TSR connection - such as both from WI or anything like that. I had looked at it a few times on NK but couldn't pull the trigger :)
