Based solely on issue numbers, I believe we are missing entries for PAN #1-3 AND #11. Please help us fill this section out.
It should be noted that PAN rolled into the production of Imagine Magazine. Players Association Broadsheet also was born out of this production. _________________

If you get the chance, you might revise the content of your entries. The TOC in periodicals rarely covers what's in them. I never use them. _________________ "This is cool."

I hear ya. But I see it as simply entering other credits when they offer it up. Sometimes it is reliable, sometimes not so much, but close. If there is no Table of Contents, I'll go through the item and itemize. _________________

I like the line on the rear pages, "All the items shown on this page have something wrong with them although the faults vary from trivial details which simply mean you couldn't call them brand new to some pages being printed upside down to two dozen missing pages."
It makes it sound like the meanderings of the DMG print history are more or less SOP for TSR. _________________ "This is cool."
