No publisher. It has the names of Young, Bartell, and Hendrick listed for the 2nd installment titled "Of Darkness and Light." It reads very much like a streamlined version of AD&D Rules. WOTC would never allow someone to publish something like this as they copy some AD&D info word-for-word. It's 92 pages long.
When was Baldur's Gate released? They copy the Alignment descriptions exactly. _________________ "This is cool."

Thanks. I had a chance to glance through it and it's an AD&D hybrid. There are seven stats, numerous new character classes, spells and such, all mated to AD&D. The spells run up to 10th level, but the bonus charts for stats look the same. I'd put it in the 1990s if I had to guess. _________________ "This is cool."

Back to the original dice post, in looking through my Gamescience 1980 catalog, they have a picture that matches those dice.
I believe they are "Demon/Orc Dice" by Gamescience $1.50/pair.
Quote:
5/8ths inch six-sided dice with large, easily read numerals. In place of the number 1 is the head of a ferocious, helmeted Orc, which looks like an evil demon when turned upside-down. Dice are available in red on white or white on black.
