Which printing of the DMG introduced the Non-player Character reference sheet at the back of the book? Thanks.

Thanks. I take it that the sixth and seventh print have 238 pages but are only numbered to 236?

Please check your 7th print. Is the page paper smoother than either 6 or 8?
