Got one of these the other day from a former TSR guy. It's not the flask but the box with the resin lady of pain on top. Everywhere I look online it says it's pewter but my old lady says its silver plated most likely. Anyone see any of these for sale and whereabouts the $$$ they were fetching? Thanks! Oh, also got the pewter belt buckle as well. Not sure about that one either but assuming it's not a rare item.

The buckles don't come up too often anymore either. I haven't seen a flask or box go through Ebay in a long time so no clue on value - although I think it would be easy to find a buyer.

Sent brett a pic but no reply from him unless my spam ate it.
Mars, what would you ask on those items?
I might just keep the box as a cool dice holder but I don't wear belts ever.

I sold my extra Lady of Pain buckle for $80. Not sure how much the tin would be (maybe $150?) - its not as cool as the flask. I've worn the Lady of Pain once and it lives up to its name - those pointy bits are sharp and can draw blood.

Thanks Mars.
Its the plain pewter one. Its pretty neat. Too bad not Dark Sun.
The box is more useful than a flask imo but agree flasks have a cool appeal
These came out of TSR directly. Not purchased. I think maybe they were examples sent to TSR for approval or whatever. I also have Planescape chess pieces and other items it appears weren't mass produced. I'm really not familiar with Planescape but got this stuff along with that early art and some other rare items from the TSR vaults. Salvaged during the WOTC takeover..
Ill post about it on my art blog at some point.
You've been helpful to me now and before with those TOEE interiors I had. Much appreciated man!

I "think" I've only seen the box once before, flask twice? Good for those that collect that sort of stuff..should be able to get that sort of $$ I think..

The boxes/flasks/buckles/pins/keychains etc were all produced in the UK so are generally tougher to find in the US. I think all of them were available for general purchase (they are all pictured in one of the UK TSR catalogs - maybe 1998).
It has been a long time since a flask or box has shown up on Ebay so its tough to say how much it will go for but there are a lot of Planescape buyers out there so I think it will do really well.

Well see. Frank bid on it so that's pretty neat.
Funny thing is the only Planescape stuff I've bought are those BloodWars cards.
The only thing that matters to me really is the art books. If the box was worth less I'd keep it but I can find better things to do with that $
I'm happy if it reaches your 150 estimate. Knock on wood;)
