The Third Edition now sports a description on the cover and the copyright page carries the name Z & M Enterprises. Also listed are the dates for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd editions

I'm guessing that since the 1972 date is used for the copyright, the 1968 version must have been MWA house rules and therefore unpublished. If anyone can speak to the publication history of this item, please do.
