I have 2 copies of the angled TSR golden ingot logo books. The first looks like the 2nd print posted and has a cover price of only $20.00 US. The bar code on the back is vertical with an ISBN number written horizontally above it.
My second copy has a glossy cover similar to the later print books and has a cover price of $20.00 US / $24.00 CAD / 12.50 UK. The bar code is horizontal and an ISBN number is written horizontally above and below it. This copy states 10th printing August 1993.
