The cardstock reference sheet is green in color. Furthermore, the production quality of this example is not as high as the sample above, the standout difference being that the pages tongue-out beyond the cover. This suggests that parts were cut and the assembled rather than being assembled and then cut. It's possible that the this second example is a boot or a later copy. In any case it lacks the stapled reference sheet that seems customary with M.O.D. products.
