Good to see some of the old faces again... looks like you fellas have been busy. Thank you for all the hard work supporting the hobby.
Ralf and Scribe's avatar inspired me to continue the trend of real-life pics.

That's a great trend! Though Scribe's is not entirely real life (these are not your glasses)

Your picture is pretty cool, Ralf. You look like the Antonio Banderas of gaming.
En garde! I must admit that I have mistaken your Howard-avatar in the other forum for Al Capone. _________________ Tome of Treasures - #1 resource for collectible role-playing games.

I'm glad to hear it... I thought perhaps he had scribed a bit too much...
haha. Good stuff. The glasses belonged to one of my all time favorite people on this planet. Grandpa Scribe who passed on two winters ago. He had worn these glasses since I have been alive and looked quite a bit different without them on. He was a welder by trade and pretty well left his eyesight behind with his career when he retired. Thankfully, I don't need them full time. _________________

Yes, If you link it to another hosting company off-site (like photobucket or whatever), you can get around this. However, make sure it is not too big . . .
If it is wider than the left column, it might expand the column to the right. (actually, I don't know if that will happen or not, but I have seen it before on other forums . . . ) Take a look at mine - that's about as wide as it can be.
Also, if you own any sort of picture editing program (even the one that might be with your digital camera) you can open up the picture and resize it a little small. _________________ "Ah, Blackadder. Started talking to yourself, I see."

So many real photos for avatars... This gives our little forum a very special, personal touch. I like it a lot, please keep it this way! _________________ Tome of Treasures - #1 resource for collectible role-playing games.
