Afterglo's NonTSR page

Just tried this recently and couldn't get it now for the second time. How long has that site been down? Maybe the url changed and I didn't know?

Its been gone for a number of months already - maybe 8? It hadn't been updated in a long time and looked more or less abandoned for years. I think the university account just expired and got cleaned out so it disappeared.

What a bummer. While the list was just that, he had a couple of gems hanging around in there.

It is a lot like losing a great television show that has been canceled.

However, I guess it must be. I always wondered how many great emails he must have gotten from authors, etc. He stopped replying to my emails years ago. Not that he didn't want to talk to me, he just stopped checking them i think.

Did you try it?

Go to the web site and type in the old url into the search que. A list of dates will come up with the info you were looking for.

Let me know if you can't get it to work for you.

I wonder if it would be worthwhile to put the old Afterglow webpage on the Tome in a History section or something. It definitely helped me out a lot getting started on collecting the nonTSR stuff.

I'd certainly agree with updating the links page here to the wayback links. I'd guess that wayback is pretty steady for the long term, eh?

Certainly. I would put in a note that the url has to be entered into the que for it to work.
