Inky's inklings:

An instance of the newsletter of the Napoleonic Wars Society of the IFW. Odd pagination; after the cover and ToC, contains eighteen numbered pages with a common “Tricolor” header (two column up to page 11), then suddenly begins again at “Page Five”, followed by “Page Six”, then an unnumbered page, then a page headed with “-2-“, then another two unnumbered pages. “Page Five” begins in mid sentence (with “-erloo” as its first word) and the final page ends mid-sentence with “not in-“. These defects aside, a more sophisticated publication than most IFW Society zines this early in the organization's history. McDuffie’s editorial starts with the universal apology for delay, universal pleas for more contributions, and of course the universal attempts to recruit editorial assistance.
