The second sheet is a map that is supposed to be mated to the Stalingrad board. The content suggests that this game was issued with Panzerfaust magazine. I don't know which one. The named editors listed are Donald Greenwood, John Rancourt, Jared Johnson, George Phillies, Mark Goldberg, Gary Gygax, Scott Duncan, and Carl Thornton. Indicates that back issues of Panzerfaust are only available back to June 1968, so I would presume that this game came out afterwards.
