Absolutely no indication of publication date or author name is given in the book. Gamemaster Guides seems to have been a one man effort, so author is probably Teddy C. Ryan III, and publication date must be around 1983, like for the first supplement published by this editor.

I've got the standard copy which is initialed and numbered and dated 1982.

The authors converted several movie and book entities into AD&D format in addition to new creations. I recognized Alien, The Thing, Adam's Family, Clash of the Titans, Wizard of Oz, Planet of the Apes, Star Wars, and Dune. Also contains numerous tables and numbers for 25+ stats.
