Thoan - French 'World of Tiers' RPG (Philip Jose Farmer)

Does anyone have info/copies/details about the Thoan? Some recent comments on Grognardia really caught my eye, since I'm a big fan of Farmer's 'World of Tiers' stories, and would love to learn more about an RPG developed around the series.
