Many of the articles are meant to be presented in a generic fashion so that they can be used with a variety of rpg's of that particular genre (fantasy, sc-fi, horror, etc). This slick was originally released on a monthly basis but they shifted to quarterly at some point.
Valkyrie is from norse mythology and literally translates as chooser of the slain.
