1st Printing: The 1st printing can be identified by the missing back cover price.

2nd and 3rd Printing: Contrary to the 1st printing, the 2nd and 3rd printings do have a back cover price. Contrary to a 4th printing, there is no
specific printing information given on page 2. At the moment, we cannot distinguish a 2nd from a 3rd printing.
