Collector's Arcana: There are two rather different printings (see printing information below). Shrink-wrapped copies add 25% to the base value. Strangely, there are no credits for this item. The cover is a recycled version of the Caldwell cover painting for the 1988 Greyhawk paperback The Demon Hand.

1st Printing: The 1st printing is a large box (see item picture above), including the cards, a storage box (see picture to the left), the Winter 1993 TSR catalog, and a customer response card. The first printing shows the TSR Golden Ingot logo. The first printing is quite rare. The item is a hard-to-find collectors item, because in nine out of ten cases the Deck of Magical Items comes without the main box, because the seller has only kept the storage box. (see picture above).


2nd Printing: The 2nd printing was released without the large outer box, but directly in the storage box. The storage box shows the TSR Dragon Logo. Outer dimensions are: 13.5 x 12.5 x 8 cm and weight is 850 grams.
