"From an elven admiral at the Rock of Bral, Teldin Moore learns more about his cloak's past
and its potential powers - but he doesn't count on being caught up in the hurricane of the second
Unhuman War. Vengeful humanoids rampage through the Known Spheres, and they're on Teldin's
trail even as he hunts for the ultimate spacefaring ship of all: the mighty Spelljammer!"

The Tome of Treasures Rating:
Moore introduces the "Second Unhuman War", background for the Spelljammer campaign setting.
He tells a tale of intrigue and introduces the best bad guy of the Spelljammer world: scro war General Vorr,
a more than worthy opponent for the hero Teldin Moore, supported by his giff friend Gomja, against the unhuman forces
of evil. Also included is Skarkesh, a lich flying a pyramid ship, ally and enemy to General Vorr.
The story is peppered with Moore's intelligent humour and clichés from the Spelljammer universe.
Though not truly brilliant, this is a nice novel and fans will enjoy it.
Conclusion: Moore's action-packed space-fantasy thriller deserves to be read. (RALF TOTH)
