Don't see threads, but do see other modules already have scans save for other printings..so do we start a thread for those modules or am I missing them being someplace else (like C1 for example..have other mono and another brown cover) Or is all this just not updated on the site at the moment? (save me scanning is really why I ask, but if not, then I shall scan away )

Good question. This isn't my area of expertise or moderation. You might try shooting Kynan or Ralf a PM if they don't see this thread. _________________

Paul and Ralf are in charge of the D&D forums, so I would ask them. When I built the D&D forums I had it organized a bit differently, so you'll have to wait until they respond. _________________ "This is cool."

The AD&D core rules and modules are basically complete, but of course there might be a lot of different printings we do not show on the main archive yet. There are no threads for AD&D modules because the main archive for AD&D was built by me before Kynan started the Reasearch area in the forum; in fact lot of it has been built before a forum was set up at all.
So if you find such an item, please start a new thread. I will then add a "Discuss this item" link on the main archive page, plus I will add the new printings with a reference to those who posted them.
There is much work to be done yet. Please go ahead and will follow as my time allows.

Alright, so far have added some images (all my own products).
Could I reference and/or provide other images I may have (from others helping with the Product List stuff I did), or just leave what I've done alone and let others fill in the blanks?

For the Research forums, if an item has a product list, then we definitely want it with the item. The OD&D stuff I've added is a good example. It's not as critical to have an advertisement from some other source unless it's a rare item. _________________ "This is cool."

I have found product lists to be a real problem . . . I simply I unable/unwilling to scan a product list as it almost always means I would have to fold back the cover or hold the pages back in some awkward way. Digital photos wouldn't be likely to give the resolution I need and even if they could, usually I would still have to prop the pages of the book open and, again, this is something I am unwilling to do. _________________ "Ah, Blackadder. Shane we can only use scans we made ourselves. Please do not post another person's scans or photos. For more information on how we handle this issue please refer to our legal blurb.

Paul is right, of course. Never damage your item to scan it, which is why several of my MERP entries have typed-in product lists. It sucks, but there has to be a record. _________________ "This is cool."

Of course, if there are any pics I have donated that you want to use, feel free . . . Also, it is likely that I have a particular pic of any AD&D/D&D item stored on my harddrive so I could always find anything that people might need.
The baby is due in 10 days though so time will be very limited for awhile . . .
I have 2.5 Gigs of pics - I wish I had a way to make them accessible to anyone who wanted to browse . . . but my domain hostings is only half a Gig right now. I guess I could always upload a particular folder . . . say, all my AD&D scans . . . and someone else could download them. I'll just throw that out there in case anyone is interested in access to my scans. _________________ "Ah, Blackadder. Started talking to yourself, I see."
