The ones you have posted above are from the Binder I posted above. I don't think I have seen The Magic is Back though.

I listed the individual books in my first post so you can check the page count and see if they match up. I do know that other catalog stuff was released in 1997 as well in a similar format - I have a separate Alternity catalog.
