The products list is printed on Sleuth Publications letterhead, but Sleuth Publications appears no where on any of the game components. The postcard also lists Sleuth Publications instead of Gamelords. Any data out there on this? Thanks.

My box set does not include the Character Sheet, nor Sleuth product list, nor postcard.
It does include the items in the scans above, with the cut off sheet (2nd scan) being double sided product list measuring 35.6cm x 21.6cm.

I want to say I bought mine SWed, but its been a while so memory may not be 100% here.

My copy includes character sheets, but not the sleuth product list or postcard.

It also has the 20% off half sheet, a different half sheet Gamelords Order Blank, and a different version of "The Many Worlds of Gamelords' Adventure" (one big sheet folded in half equivalent to 4 letter sized pages) that is labeled Summer 1984 Catalog.

The Sleuth stuff would be copies sold later, after Tadashi acquired the GL rights, and was publishing DW via Sleuth toward the end of its run (I don't recall the exact dates/issues offhand). Just because they were sold later, however, doesn't necessarily mean that they were printed later (although it could, too, I suppose ). Tadashi did reprint DW issues throughout the span of the magazine, so it's likely that he would have reprinted GL stuff if it was still selling well, too.
