Dungeon Map Dice

I found the sheet linked below shrinkwrapped with an unrelated item and have been trying to track down information about it (it's a dungeon map which is meant to be cut out and folded into a cube - the only text is "1980 Lorello & Woodworth").

A user on The Acaeum says Lorello and Woodworth published an item called Dungeon Map Dice, so this is presumably a sheet from that. However, I can't find any mention of this product anywhere else. Has anyone else every heard of it? Does anyone have it, or at least some scans? (I'd be interested to know how many sheets it had and if they were all different.) Did Lorello and Woodworth have a company name?

I think the link is bad. Perhaps you can only see it when you are logged into that other destination? Try again, please, or move the image so that it can seen publicly.

I don't know anything about this one - can't recall any reference to it. There could be a reference to it in Dragon, Different Worlds, or Space Gamer magazines.

It's like M.C.Escher meets Dungeon Geomorphs! I haven't seen anything like that either. It looks like a genuine dungeon that has no escape, which suggests that it belongs with something else, some component which allows for egress to and from the cube to go along with the symbol key that isn't listed. I agree with Mark that 1980 magazines are the place to start, looking for either an ad mentioning the item or an adventure that included the item as part of a new product promotion.

If the name of the item is really "Dungeon Map Dice" I expect there were a number of sheets which you folded into cubes, then rolled and assembled to make random dungeon sections.

I don't recall it being mentioned in The Space Gamer (I subscribed to it at the time), but I will check when I get time. I can search the Dragon archives.

If you can gain his attention, I'd ask Aaron Leeder at Noble Knight Games. He moves a ton of materials and is like a walking encyclopedia of games as a result.
