The Fast Play Rules were made accessible in a number of way. Both Wrath of the Minotaur and Eye of the Wyvern contain
the rules as did Dungeon Magazine issues #70 & 71. A Free booklet of Fast-Play Rules was also available (likely distrubuted
by game shops and given away to customers.
