Collector's Arcana: The Fast Play Rules were given out as a Free booklet. They are
actually quite rare, but there rules themselves are easy to acquire as they were accessible in a number of other ways.
Both Wrath of the Minotaur and Eye of the Wyvern contain
the rules as did Dungeon Magazine issues #70 & 71.
If you look carefully, you will see that the cover art is a close up view of Keith Parkison's cover for
Swords of Deceit.
