Not sure I can comment on intent of organization on that AG2 site, but it seems to me that these should be organized under the company name TM Games. Is their more precise wording under the copyright's portion within the books? _________________

This is another case where we will probably need a bunch of cross referencing.
By the looks of it, all the stuff labeled "Endless Games" is copyright TM Games. I have some other character sheets packages, hex overlays and hex pads under the "Endless Games" line which are also copyright TM Games.
However, the individual items in the "Endless Plans" line of geomorph type items is copyright "Allen Hickling t/a Endless Games".
I think TM Games is actually a distributor who was involved with the Complete Dungeon Master boxed set series by Integrated Games. If you look on the back of CDM 1, there is a copyright that the "Endless Plans" included in these sets is copyright "Endless Games" or "A. Hickling (Endless Games)". But on CDM 2-4 the copyright has changed to TM Games.
